Every composition and soundscape is either originally produced in-house or lawfully commissioned under copyright assignment agreements. Formal registration and licensing documentation with recognized rights organizations are already initiated and in process as part of our global copyright compliance program.

All content available through the App is fully protected under applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws of India and international conventions. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, sampling, resale, or public use of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal action.

Users acknowledge that the entire sound library, including AI models and frequency algorithms, constitutes confidential and copyrighted material of the Company. All rights are reserved.

13 · Corporate Governance & Ethical Compliance
